Catch us on a quieter week with an open crew and even a call inside the same week will usually find a place on the schedule.
Is there any job your crew won’t take?

Do I have to be there start to finish?
It is genuinely easier when you can be there for both the loading and the drop-off — a Boston building or a condo front desk often wants a person to sign in at the dock — but should the day get away from you, handing the keys to a relative or a neighbor you trust works without any fuss. No matter who ends up standing in for you, the crew tags every item as it loads onto the truck and ticks each one back off the same sheet as it comes through the door at the other end.
If things change, will moving or scrapping the date cost me?
Cancel with at least 48 hours’ warning and there is no charge whatsoever — that is the whole policy. Bumping the job to another day carries no fee either, as long as a crew is open on the date you switch to. Keep in mind, though, that month-ends, the September 1 lease-turn rush, and summer slots disappear in a hurry across the South Shore, so the earlier you flag a change, the likelier you are to hold onto the window you had planned around.
Which forms of payment can I use?
Pay whichever way suits you — we take Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover, and debit, a certified check, or straight cash are equally fine. Reserving your spot on the calendar asks for nothing up front. What you owe is collected only at delivery, after you have walked the load and put your signature on it — never a moment before that point.
And if a piece gets banged up in transit?
Baseline released-value coverage of $0.60/lb comes attached to every job, no surcharge for it. Notice something off? Point it out to the crew chief before the truck pulls away and it lands on that day’s inventory on the spot — and most claims wrap up well within the roughly nine-month window we hold open. Handing us a family heirloom, a piano, or some piece you simply could not stand to lose? Layer on full-value protection at somewhere around 1–3% of the value you declare, and that item rides with a good deal more padding behind it.
